Delete Account

You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your login and couple membership. Shared couple content may remain available to your partner so their shared timeline isn’t lost. If a couple has no members after deletion, the couple is removed.

Delete your account in the app

• Open Kiss Map
• Go to Options → Settings
• Tap “Delete account”
• Confirm the prompt

What happens next:

• Your account and authentication are deleted
• You’re removed from your couple(s)
• Your device cache is cleared when you sign out
• If your partner remains in the couple, shared content may continue to be visible to them
• If no members remain, the couple is deleted

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Can’t access the app?

Use the contact form below to request deletion. We’ll verify your identity (e.g., via your account email) and complete the deletion.

• Provide: the email you used to sign in, and any couple info if known
• We’ll confirm once your account is deleted

Questions or special requests

If you want your authored content fully removed (not retained as shared history), mention it in your request. We’ll evaluate and, where feasible, remove authored items and inform your partner of changes.

Security and timing

• Deletions are processed promptly; backups and logs may persist for a short period (e.g., ~30–90 days) but aren’t used to restore your account
• Your data is encrypted in transit and protected by access controls
